Your parcel is our responsibility while in transit. If you notice any issues with your order such as delays or damages, please let us know by phone, at +44 (0) 207 729 3744 or by emailing office@squaremilecoffee.com as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
As we roast to order, we are unable to accept returns of coffee or other perishable items ordered. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee for any reason, please contact your account manager to provide feedback and arrange a collection.
