As the grand finale to our Peru offering this season, we've got the most delightful lot produced by Adela Reyes from San Jose de Lourdes, Cajamarca. Fruity with great floral complexity and a deliciously smooth mouthfeel, this coffee is one for the books! With her 2.5ha farm located in the village of El Diamante, Adela grows mainly Caturra with Catuai and Castillo dotted throughout the farm. Picking and processing with the help of her family, Adela ferments the coffee for up to 36 hours before washing and partially drying it on her roof. Yet another exemplary coffee from Cajamarca representing the producers of the region and the collaborative networks formed and facilitated by our partners Falcon Specialty; we could not have asked for a tastier finish to the Peru season than this coffee produced by Adela Reyes!
